I'm Marcelo Rajñansky

My role involves assigning tickets between team members and making sure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.

I also communicate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, and translate them into tasks for the team.

All of this without leaving the technical coding part.

I worked on the development of the company's internal and external web applications.

The tech stack includes PHP with Laminas, Vue.js, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ.

I have been leading a team for a new project, with a team of 3 developers and one SEO Manager.

Led the technical team for Verifarma Integrated Solutions.

Helped developers solve everyday problems with PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Vue.js, and Laravel).

Guided them to do their work by applying best practices, organizing, and dividing the tasks with Jira.

Helped to define modules, plan/prioritize new features and have meetings with clients.

Deployment of this system using Jenkins and AWS.

The system runs in Docker, with docker-compose and Dockerfiles.

Used Git with Gitflow for version control.

Developed Track & Trace and LIMS systems, both with PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, jQuery.

The last days I participated on a migration project of the system to Laravel and VueJs.

I worked for ORT Argentina (a non-government organization devoted to education in Argentina) as Full Stack Web Developer of its virtual classroom, where teachers post homework and tests for their students and also a window for the families of the community showing them what's happening inside the school.

Designed and modified the website's content manager.

Designed the appearance and improve the users flow on the platform (UI/UX)

Maintained the existing site, making required modifications

Designed and developed data models and improved the database architecture

My role involved tasks as design, write and modify websites and database models to fit local customers necessities as of a presentation website (i.e. "About the company" and "Contact us") or a complete management system for their finances, cashflow, stock, production and more.
